Today in class the first thing we talked about was Americanization. It is taking out customs usual to an area like long meals with your family and and replacing it with American things like fast food so they become more and more like America. The second thing we talked about today was the Silk Road. China used to be the only place that made silk for a while. The Silk Road was a trade route that the Chinese used to trade goods. The third thing we talked about or made fun of was the gospel in places like the Philippines and without the apostle Paul the word wouldn’t have spread through the roman empire than the world. We also talked about Kenya and how if a man has a cell phone than that means there’s Wi-Fi, electricity, cell towers, and other things like chargers. So this means that even places like Kenya are becoming more modern.
